hires new Junior & Pre-Senior Coach, Nok Sriprasert

Bellingham Bay Swim Team is
excited to have Nok Sriprasert join the BBST coaching
staff after spending time coaching at the prestigious
International School of Bangkok Panther Swim Club in
Thailand, and the TPC Summerlin Swim Club in Las Vegas,
NV. Nok is a American Swim Coaches Association
Level 2 coach.
As a
competitor, Nok competed for the Thailand National Team
from 1980-1989. She was a Thailand National
Championship and South East Asian Games finalist.
Nok graduated
with a BBA from Assumption University in Bangkok,
Thailand, and also earned an MBA from the University of
Maine.

brothers place in finals at the Western Zone
Championships

BBST swimmer Austin Fish, 15, finished in 4th
place in the finals of the 200m breaststroke at the
Western Zone Championships in Gresham, OR.
Austin's time of 2:36.44 is third on the BBST all-time
Top 5 list for 15-18 year olds. Austin also
finished in 4th place in the 100m breaststroke with a
time of 1:11.81, which is third all-time on the BBST Top
5 list. Austin's 200m IM placed 6th with a time of
2:19.05 and his 400m IM was 13th place with a time of
5:00.68. Jordan Fish,
16, placed 5th in the 100m backstroke with a time
of 1:05.39. He also finished in 15th place in the 200m
backstroke with a time of 2:22.72 and 38th place in the 200m free with a time of

BBST swimmers attend the PNS Championships 7/31//08
BBST sent 24 swimmers to compete over the weekend
(July 31 - August 3, 2008) at the Pacific Northwest
Swimming Long Course Championships in Federal Way,
WA. The PNS Championships featured the fastest
swimmers in western Washington. BBST finished a
respectable 16th place out of almost 40 teams. Representing BBST
were:
